By purchasing my designs, you agree to all the terms.Once you choose which design you'd like to purchase please message me throught my email, ko-fi or any of my social media and let me know which one it is.The purchase will be completed over at my ko-fi shop or paypal!✦ If ko-fi shop- I will make it available for you to make the payment and will request your email through there to send the files.

-YOU CAN:✦You can give a name, personality, and a story to your adoptable.
✦You can change the clothes, gender, and edit your adoptable design.

✦You can use your adoptable for a story, avatar, rp story, etc.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
✦You can gift them to a friend (please update me on the new owner)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
✦If you want to use your adoptable for commercial use there a one time extra fee (Varies per design)

-You can trade your adopt, but please update me on the new owner.

✦You can resell the adopt for the same amount that it was bought or less, and please update me on new owner.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------YOU CAN'T:✦You can't claim the original design as your own.

✦You can't get a refund, only buy it if you want it!

✦You can't sell or make any kind of profit off of my original art. [This means the original design artwork you bought]

✦Clients are NOT permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of the artwork design (and any art included) for non-fungible tokens (NFT), AI machines, or Crypto-related schemes.

✦The use of the artwork for any advertising, profits, or "neural machine "learning"" associated with the before mentioned is strictly prohibited.-[COMMERCIAL USE] Commercial use is anything that generates income and for branding.(youtube, twitch assests, webcomics, merch...etc)-Rules for Reselling:
✦If you bought an adopt in an auction or set price event you must resell it for the SAME PRICE or less [This means you will send over the original file and rights to the character + any free extras it came with] [If bought with commercial rights those will also still apply]

✦If you obtained an adopt in an event such as Raffle, free give away, draw to adopt, gift...etc you may not resell it, but you can trade it.

✦If you got a custom adopt/character made, you must resell it for the SAME PRICE or less [This means you will send over the original file and rights to the character] [If bought with commercial rights those will also still apply]
